Welcome to Pro Sailing Malta.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Pro Sailing Malta provides sailing courses, boating experiences, yacht training, and related marine services.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Harm or exploit other users
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

By making a payment, you confirm that:

  • The payment information provided is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You agree to applicable pricing and fees

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are displayed in EUR (€).

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the course, charter, or service booked.

Where a booking has been accepted by Prosailing Malta and is
subsequently cancelled, you will be liable to the following cancellation
charges. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to:  info@prosailingmalta.com

Cancellation Charge

  • Cancellation made more than 31 days before start date of course –
    Deposit is non refundable
  • Cancellation made 28-30 days before start date of course – 30%
    charge of total course fee
  • ⁠Cancellation made 27 days or less before start date of course – 100% charge of total course fee

Should you wish to drop out of a course that has already started, Prosailing Malta will not refund any pro-rata share for any sessions that you will not be  attending. There shall be no right of withdrawal if the course has begun, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Safety & Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Following instructor or crew directions
  • Providing accurate medical or fitness information where required
  • Using safety equipment appropriately
  • Behaving responsibly onboard

We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals whose behaviour may compromise safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Sailing Malta shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
  • Delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical interruptions on the website

Participation in sailing and marine activities involves inherent risks.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Text
  • Logos
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Course materials

is the property of Pro Sailing Malta unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Alcohol/Drugs

No student or charterer shall bring aboard any contraband, drugs or any
other substance on board. We have a no alcohol on board policy.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
